At flocks.digital, we drink your own champagne 🥂. We bootstrap the company like any other Flock, applying the same principles, to scale efficiently without significant capital expenditure.

Lean operations

We don’t invest money in bricks, but make use of co-working spaces. This allows us to select multiple geographically spread office locations, as close as possible to the home of the people in each Flock. Or just switch between co-working space for inspiration.

We encourage home working and maximize the use of digital tools to optimize efficiency.

We build and maintain our public website, app and other digital tools our selves, using the AI and low-code solutions described in the section below.

The app is currently released as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), so it’s not perfect, but sufficient to validate the ideas behind flocks.digital.

Cost-effective tools and automation

Our public website is build with Astro, a powerful, secure and free open source web framework for content-driven websites. It runs as a Microsoft Azure Static Web App.

Our app is built with Flutterflow, Algolia and Firebase, part of the Google Cloud Platform. It was completely built with the free versions of these platforms.

Of course we use ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI-tools to generate and translate content on these digital channels.
