Providing job opportunities for freelancers is not our objective. We focus on bringing together digital experts, freelance or employed, so they can compete for opportunities that exceed the capabilities of a single person.

Although we don't exclude facilitating capital investments, it is not the primary objective of flocks.digital. We focus on providing access to non-financial resources such as potential co-founders, employees and a set of shared business capabilities to help founders get their ideas launched with minimal upfront capital investments.

Building a product typically requires a significant upfront financial investment which is not the primary objective of flocks.digital. We focus on building ventures that provide digital services and try to limit the upfront financial investments through shared business capabilities.

App registration & login

This can have multiple causes. Go through the following checklist to solve the issue:
1) Check your spam folder for the verification email. If you can't find the verification email, proceed to step 2.
2) Did you enter the correct email address upon Account creation?
If you entered a wrong email address, the verification email address will be sent to the wrong mailbox. Try to create the account again and make sure to use the correct email address. If you get the following error message when creating the account: "The email is already in use by a different account", proceed to step 3.
3) Resend the verification email by logging in again. At the bottom of the screen you will see an error message stating you need to verify your email address that also allows you to send the verification again. If you can't remember your password, you can reset the password using the 'Forgot Password' link. If you still can't find the verification email in your mailbox proceed to step 4.
4) The verification email may be quarantined. This may happen on Microsoft 365 mailboxes for example. In this case:
- the email address may be automatically verified as the security measures may have followed the link in the verification email, so you can proceed by adding your second factor phone number
- you may have to wait a couple of hours to receive an email from the quarantine security measures that will allow you to release the verification email that was marked as suspicious

Your mobile phone number is required for multiple reasons:
- Multi Factor Authentication: improve the security of your account by using your mobile phone number as a second factor, in combination with your email address and password as first factor.
- Enables you to share your contact details so other flocks.digital members can contact you via phone. Flocks.digital is a networking platform. Your phone number will not be visible to other users on the platform, except if you decide to apply for a Job, in which case your contact details will be shared with the Job opportunity owner.
- Limit access to users in Belgium only by filtering in mobile phone extension (only +32 is currently allowed).
- A validated phone number is required to guarantee that users of the Flocks.digital platform are genuine.

Your email address is required for multiple reasons:
- Unique identification: your email address uniquely identifies you on the Flocks.digital platform. It is used in combination with your password and mobile phone number to secure your account.
- Enables you to share your contact details so other flocks.Digital members can contact you via email. Flocks.digital is a networking platform. Your email address will not be visible to other users on the platform, except if you decide to apply for a Job, in which case your contact details will be shared with the Job opportunity owner.
- A validated email address is required to guarantee that users of the Flocks.digital platform are genuine.

Contact us if you no longer own the phone number used as second factor to access your account.
We will disable MFA so you can enroll a new phone number after having verified your request is authentic.
